My truck for some reason won't start. I called him he said he's a hour and a half away but he will be here. I've been waiting 6 HOURS and when I called him back after falling asleep waiting on him, he didn't answer the phone. The hood of the truck was left open so he would know who he truck it was that was down. He never came by or answer the phone when he said he would be on his way. If I could give him negative stars for not keeping his word, I would.
After waiting 5 hours for another service who never showed and calling 20+ places… finally got ahold of Georgia Truck & Tire Repair who were more than happy to help fix the blown trailer tire on the side of 95N. Lee was incredible professional and a pleasure to work with, I cannot thank Lee and the crew at Georgia Truck & Tire Repair enough for saving me from spending another day not traveling to my final destination! Thank you Lee again, absolutely incredible customer service!
Had a rim and lugs separate just across the Florida/ Georgia Line on I95 South. Called Lee Swain with Georgia Truck and Tire to handle the repair. He arrived here in thirty minutes. He immediately started to work and resolved the problem immediately. Very fair price and we were impressed that he immediately stopped what he was doing and came to our aid. Great prices and we would highly recommend this company.
Wonderful Company!! Owner (Lee Swain) is Very smart & Helped us out multiple times! They are Very Good people that run a Fine Business! Even had the Pleasure of talking to the Wonderful Mrs.Madison (Secretary) over the phone. They are all Kind & Down to Earth! Prices are also best around & you get the best work around! Will definitely use them again for any of my Trucking Needs!
