Love, love, love our van! Geotrek and the team have honestly been the best to work with, start to finish. Special shoutout to Becca for answering all of our silly and not so silly questions during the purchase process, including all the insight regarding financing, down payments, options, accessories, and all the things 🤙🏼. Special, special shoutout to Matt —> good job to the Geotrek leadership team in finding Matt and convincing him to work with and/for you (my words, not his) — I’ve never met a more aware, more passionate, and more experienced customer service person. 💪🏼 Thanks, Matt. For Geotrek van owners, none of what I’m typing is news; for those considering Geotrek — just do it; you won’t regret it.

5/5 stars for the highest standard of build quality, customer service, friendliness, accessibility you can get. I was a total noob to this kind of adventuring and have cross crossed the country since I got my van in June 2025. Hoping to ship it to Europe. I’ve done a ton of traveling, and Geotrek totally opened my eyes to a totally new form. (Unlike many others, I never saw myself traveling in this way and just made the leap and and v happy I found Geotrek). Special mention to Matt and Grayson, both of whom have helped me settle into the van with patience and expertise.

We do not have enough positive accolades to share about our experience with Geotrek. The interactions have been positive, professional and helpful from the very first contact to the final delivery and subsequent follow up. The quality of the build and attention to the smallest details is not to be overlooked when you consider buying a Geotrek Van. We received our new van and headed out on a 2,400 mile roadtrip the same week. All systems worked flawlessly and performed better than we ever dreamed possible. The van is incredibly well insulated, the heater is fantastic, the fridge is superb, the bed is a dream and we are ridiculously happy with our purchase. 10 out of 10, wold do it again...

I had been researching van builders for 'bout 6 months when I came across Geotrek. Their philosophy behind the build aligned with mine, and that is - I want to be able to be off grid, self sufficient for multiple days, coupled with a quality build. Thats what I found at Geotrek. What I didn't know, I had to learn thru experience, was their level of customer support. Over the past 6 months since by build was completed, I've had cause to contact them multiple times with issues I couldn't resolve myself. Each time they got back to me, most times the very same day, and they followed up making sure the remedy given was successful. There are a lot of great vans and van builders out there, but if customer service is one of your criteria, you can't go wrong with Geotrek!!

We had a fantastic experience purchasing our van from Geotrek. Our travels so far have been way better than we could have imagined. Everyone at Geotrek is extremely helpful and patient with our follow up questions. Highly recommend Geotrek.
