I have rated my visit here already but I will update everyone. After my initial post someone replied with an apology for my experience and asked me to call her. I did and got no answer. I have yet to hear from anyone and still don't recommend anyone using the service department. I was blatantly lied to. After confronting the lady she continued to lie and even changed her response to my question. It wasn't even a big issue but know I don't trust this place. My question was "why can I not get my phone to connect to my car so I can use the phone as key feature". I got told my car didn't have that feature I got told I had to talk to sales to get it installed on my car I got told I needed a subscription to the technology package I even got told where my car was made they didn't install th

I’ve brought my vehicle here for service a couple of times. Helpful. Willing to negotiate and figure things out. All interactions with the team there have been positive. Notably- Chris in Service is the kindest, helpful, and addresses concerns honorably and honestly. Much appreciated.

Recall Appointment, Ashley and Bridgette were phenomenal. They communicated everything to do with what to expect, timeframe and how they would update for the process. Very professional and personable, also helping with a shuttle that accommodated a car seat so we would not have to wait there for the extra time. My vehicle was clean, neatly parked, looks as if the technician kept or returned my seat to the same it was.

Service took a long time but Chris kept me updated on when work would be completed.

I have been taking my truck for over 5 years and never had any issues until last week where it took almost 4 hours to change the oil, rotation and a light that I had. I left the shop and the same day in the afternoon a strange sound was coming out of the engine and I went back again and they told me it was the turbo and that it cost $850 and again I was there for almost two hours, my truck was outside and no one told them that they had checked it. I no longer believe in that service they provide, I feel that something was manipulated.
