Gerald Jones Subaru Service Department

I have bought three vehicles in the past 10 years at Gerald Jones. Service, sales, and finance have all been great to work with. Daryen and Melissa provided the smoothest and easiest purchase experience I have ever had.

It's hit or miss, I've had good and not so good results. I always inspect my vehicle after service and after my 30,000 mile service I found my coolant tank low on fluid and my engine oil and brake fluid over filled.

Daryen was fantastic help, strongly recommend.

GERALD JONES STOP SENDING ME MAINTNANCE EMAILS, after 1 day of me receiving service from you my engine seized because it had no oil and it was working perfectly fine (you forgot to put oil in the engine). I spent close to $5000 to get another engine because you broke my car. Every time I get an email from you I will post this same review until you stop emailing me. Because you keep deleting it. Thank you. P.S to everyone else maybe it was a honest mistake but been stranded with my family a newborn and spending $5000 still makes me mad when I get reminded.

Had to go in for a recall and the staff was very helpful explaining the process, asking if I needed any maintenance completed and showing me to the waiting area and letting me know they had snacks and beverages while I waited. When the work was complete they explained all the finding and any potential maintenance I would be needing.
