They helped us fix a coolant leak during a storm, which we really appreciated. The price was higher, but reasonable for the winter season. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that they’re always very busy. Even when calling to make a payment, you’re often rushed because they need to take other calls, so you have to explain everything very quickly.

My coolant started leaking on my semi truck about 50 miles from this shop. I called them and was told they could send road service, but with a minimum 2-hour charge and full prepayment. I paid around $600, only for the tech to arrive and confirm that my radiator was leaking and that towing was required. I then asked about the towing price and was told $340 per hour. In my head, that sounded like maybe one hour to reach me and one hour to tow 50 miles — reasonable enough. They towed my truck, and I went to a hotel to wait. What followed was days of pure frustration. I called repeatedly trying to get a clear answer on when my truck would be repaired, and nobody could give me a straight answer. On 6/3 we were traveling on I-220 and our trailer bounced and came off the car and went into the ditch. We called Gerald’s Towing and we’re SAVED! From the understanding and compassionate Angel to the manager Mike who helped us find a Uhaul trailer. They all went above and beyond to get us back on the road to our vacation! Mike and Justin even reload our stuff into the trailer! It was service and help like we’re old friends!

Called at 12:40pm to get a tow. Waited until 11:42pm just to be told we were never coming to tow you. At 11:42pm, no other towing and recovery company was available. Absolute zero communication skills. Driver in the wrecker sounds like he's missing a few braincells as well after I was told by him that he's almost here and just has to turn around. Avoid this company if your a owner operator stuck, they will lie to you.
