I had been dealing with a substantial oil leak for a month and no other shop was able or willing to find it. It was leaking on the belts and throwing oil all over. Gerard's was able to get me an appt the very next morning, took their time going through my vehicle, and actually found the leak. They were able to get the part the next morning and scheduled to replace it immediately. Customer service was amazing! Everyone I talked to was kind and helpful. Made me feel important as a customer and I know my vehicle was well taken care of. The leak was fixed and I couldn't be happier to not have to deal with that problem anymore. I will definitely be recommending people to them for automotive work and, will definitely return for any other repair needs I may need in the future. Thank you Gerard's.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I took my vehicle here to get the power steering pump replaced because I was in a pinch and they could get me in, they upsold me a new steering gearbox and I agreed to have it done. That was a little over a year ago, fast forward to today and I was hearing a popping sound coming from the front end when turning. I took it to Prigmores alignment service (my go to) and they tell me the steering gearbox is making a crunching noise. They replaced it and the noise and the play in my wheel is gone. They also didn’t put the throttle body cover back on my vehicle when they were done and broke my air intake fixing it with some kind of metal foil. Also the power steering pump whines and doesn’t work immediately in the cold. I will probably get that redone

Excellent shop. Needed my jeep fixed and called late evening and they were able to get me in the next day to diagnose the problem. Communication was great. The part had to be special ordered but they were able to get it installed and jeep fixed as soon as the part came in. Very friendly people to deal with and they support Veterans! Little backstory… I bought a Cadillac Escalade ESV in March and I paid cash so I did not have a warranty. In November I had a severe engine misfire. I took my car to Gerard’s for a diagnostic and repair. Not only did they give me a good price to rebuild the top part of my engine, but they had to replace a tire too! I was so happy with the work they did and felt like my car ran like it was brand new. Then yesterday my vehicle had a misfire again! I had a warranty from the repairs they had already done, but the problem this time was not a part of the previous repair. I cried knowing this was going to be a huge problem. When I called and the said drop it off first thing in the morning. They called about an hour later explaining the new problem, they repaired it in just a few hours after drop
