I've had to take my vehicle in 2 times for repairs and both times everyone there has been patient, understanding with all my questions and the service people are top tier. They deserve the business they get and more!

DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! The front desk woman, Stephanie, treats people like crap, especially if you are not a race that normally doesn't speak English. She won't even give you a chance to tell her you speak English, she'll stereotype you and pawn you off to other people. The manager is NEVER there and when he is he's hiding in his office and refuses to help people. The bathrooms are disgusting. The lobby and entryway are never cleaned. And if you complain to corporate anonymously they tell them and you get treated like crap.

Gerber did such an amazing job on my Jeep. I was so impressed with the quality and work they did. I was such a nervous wreck when my jeep got wrecked but from the moment I walked in the door at Gerber the staff was so kind and friendly. They let me know that my jeep was able to be fixed. Thank you so much you guys are awesome. My Jeep looks brand new.

Anyone in the Amarillo area never use Gerber collision off I-40 ..terrible experience i have been lied too multiple times and employees trying to hide their mistakes. When I am requested to bring my car in.. I am met by DALTON OWENS… supposedly the manager. This guy was the rudest person I have ever met. I was told to my face that “I don’t care how you feel” “I don’t care what you think” “ your not going to manipulate me” “I don’t care at all about your feelings or experience “ while I was trying to explain to him the issues and experience I was having with gerber. He would not let me speak at all and I told him that He was being unprofessional but i was met with “I don’t care” . Please avoid this person. (Update) Due to the rude manager I had to transfer my car to another gerber location

Took my car in for door replacement and painting super friendly staff the repair looked amazing and they went above and beyond I definitely recommend!
