Gerber Collision & Glass

I came to pick up the vehicle when they siad it was completed. When I got the Gerber Collision to pick it up the car had not been detailed. Body shop dust all over the inside of the vehicle. Deer guts all over the car still. So I went back in to say how unhappy I was with the cleaning the man siad we can do it again. I said yes please, I know your wife would not except this clean job eater, would she? So I come back the next day they did nothing to the vehicle to make it right and did not care that the cleaner did not clean it properly. Just said that what happens when you hire a millennial. WOW But I just hit another deer and I won't be coming back to your shop. Wagner Road Gerber Collision really sucked. Thanks for letting me detail my own vehicle. No we won't be going back.

This is the best auto repair shop I’ve ever been to. Everyone was so helpful and friendly and the entire process was seamless. Mike helped explain the work that needed to be done and helped me navigate some of my insurance questions. He was there when I picked it up and brought it out, showed me all the repairs and my car was absolutely pristine. It looked better than when I dropped it off (even before my accident, lol). I even got to meet the mechanic Leonard who worked on it and you could tell he was so meticulous and takes a lot of pride in his work because my car looks amazing. I will be recommending this location to everyone I know. I also appreciated all the updates I received while my car was being worked on. Hands down the most stress free experience I’ve ever had at an auto place.

The team at Gerber is friendly, professional, and they did a great job. The repairs to my vehicle weren't super huge, but nonetheless they did nice work bringing it back to new. I received daily status updates by text message, which was unexpected and appreciated. I was recommended to Gerber by word of mouth, and on Nextdoor. I can now pass along my recommendation too.

10/10 Service! Walker and AJ kept me informed every week, they worked with me on budget and even threw in a painted panel as a “Christmas surprise” Very personal service from drop off until pick up and they are very appreciated by me and my family!

Did a really great job to go out of their way to accomodate me with my Toyota Corolla after an accident. They offer an after-hours key drop off for your vehicle, which is super convenient as well!
