Gerber Collision & Glass

Gerber did a fantastic job matching the paint on my 2011 Mercedes SUV. It's black and shows everything and came out great. David, the General Manager, went above and beyond in customer satisfaction, addressed any questions or concerns that I had, and I felt like a valued customer with each interaction. Service was done promptly and finished ahead of schedule. On a personal note, my husband was out of town through the whole process and typical handles these things, but Gerber made the process very easy.

My car was hit in a grocery store parking lot and their insurance sent me here for repair. They did an excellent job on the repairs but the communication wasn’t good. I signed up for text updates and received a text that my car would be ready the next day at 4pm. I called Gerber and she told me disregard that message they will call me when it’s ready, so I’ll have time to prepare to pick it up. The only reason I found out my car was ready because the rental car company called and told me to let my adjuster know I needed more days with the rental car. I texted my adjuster and He said looking online your car is ready. I called Gerber and they said oh it’s sitting outside it’s been ready for four days now. The manager called after I picked up my car and apologized for the miscommunication. A

Nick just began yelling at me when I told him my car was not color matched properly! He refuses to help me. He claims it's because my bumper is plastic so it won't color match. It's a pearl white, this situation became completely unprofessional instantly and he has put me in complete FEAR due to his behavior. Steven and him came out, I asked he not be apart of the conversation and he rudely questioned why. Steven tried to tell me the same, the color will never match. I was worked up due to how Nick just spoke to me, so Steven started to catch an attitude and told me I was acting rudely. I apologized that I am overwhelmed with their behavior and being given the run around multiple times.It is crazy wrong, I've had work done on this vehicle before and color matched perfectly and he's trying

My son recently got his car repaired here due to a front-end collision. The paint job was awful, and then on top of that, they said the alignment being off was not part of the collision. How much common sense do you need to know if the front end is hit it will throw the alignment off. They also left a rattling noise that my son had to get fixed somewhere else. I'm highly disappointed, the insurance company recommended this place. Stay away from here if possible and look for better quality work somewhere else.
