Gerber Collision & Glass

Had someone break into my Kia Soul and try and steal it. Had damage to my steering column and a broken window. My insurance company recommended Gerber collision. Ashley set everything up with me and was very knowledgeable and helpful on the phone and in person. They came and towed car, then did a walk around of the vehicle with me to go over the damage. The estimator was a knowledgeable person and very friendly, he also greeted me when I came to pick up my car and went over things with me. They had a one month estimated completion time frame and completed it in 9 days. Highly recommend.

My MINI Cooper was vandalized resulting in damage to the side mirror, paint, glass and window seals. The insurance company recommended several companies, but Gerber could provide the service immediately. They are also close to my residence in East Austin. Getting the right parts for my 2009 model vehicle led to some delays, but they persisted with their suppliers and kept me informed at every step to get high quality parts. Upon completion, they detailed it inside and out so that it looks fantastic! The cost was covered by my insurance after the deductible but the invoice seems quite reasonable. Service was courteous, prompt, and friendly in every interaction. I would use them again (although I hope I won't need to).

I worked with Dave to get my bumper fixed and had a very positive experience from the reception to everyone else at the office! They were great about updating me on the status of my vehicle and working with insurance. They have a nice partnership with enterprise too if you need to rent that makes it super easy! All very friendly and overall had a wonderful experience! Highly recommend.

Turned out way better than expected. Not anything to do with them but I wasn't planning on keeping the car all that much longer. However, I couldn't stand the sight of my impacted bumper any longer. I went with the after market bumper to save a bit of money and even though there was underlying damage they fit it perfectly and the paint matched perfectly, even though my car is a 2014. The car was done early, and they even washed and vacuumed the interior. Overall they were wonderful to work with and really took care of me and my car. Hopefully I won't need any work done soon but I will for sure revisit if I have an issue.
