Would not recommend too anyone! almost 2 months and Jeep still not right!! please take extra pictures of your vehicle at shop,all scratches was someone else's fault! My husband will be fixing our brakes because no problem on there end! recommend this place to anyone

I sm disappointed with them people for returning my Cadillac fun of want ng dust and scratched off paint in my card. Trunk was full of!paint dust and filty! They also ruint my state key holder. I overheard someone talking about kick back?????? Very unfriendly and rude. Reception has to be . pulled away from her phone. Manager is rude. I belief thethey overcharged. They knew it was a private pay. Tell it like it is? Beware of a person with no smile or personality. No one in the office who deals with customers smiles or acts like they are human!!!! Must be unhappy with their job!!!!!!!!!!

I’m not sure if I should be mad at Geico for sending my vehicle here or the people who did it. First off I was told my car got new stripes and all they did was remove the stripes and place them back on the car CROOKED ! Also there was damage clearly marked with a green marker by the adjuster and the mark was poorly wiped off and the damage wasn’t touched. My headlight that was damaged wasn’t even touched, at this point my adjuster offers me 200 dollar back “ if it’s something I could live with”. This is a thousand dollar plus headlight so WHAT AM I GONE DO WITH 200 bucks. I’m an extreme car enthusiast and notice everything on my car. I’m just livid that they tried to get away with this, especially when I trusted this company with my $50,000+ car!

Horrible service and dishonest. My car would not start when I picked it up and no one wanted to help me jump it off. My horn was working just fine when I brought it there and now it does not work even after checking the fuses. Not to mention the body work they did on my car is not flush like the other side. I do not recommend this place at all!

The lady Tiffany that answered the phone was very rude and had no answers to any of the questions I asked her, she had an attitude and when I asked to speak to a manager or someone else in the office since she seemed aggravated about doing her job. I just hung up.
