This place is on it from start to finish ( and completed deer damage) repairs in under 16 days - a week earlier than originally expected. Communication is excellent with several updates each week. Highly recommend!

Joe Hudson's Collision Center at this Boerne location, was excellent. From the front desk to the technician, to the work on my vehicle, they exuded quality, efficiency and professionalism while being personable at the same time. The communication was second-to-none in keeping me updated about the progress and ETA of completion. I keep my vehicles in great shape, but had an unfortunate run-in with a deer. The work they did on my Jeep Wrangler, coordinating with my insurance, was high quality. I wish I could remember the name of the technician tasked to communicate with me, but unfortunately I don't. I want to give him and Tammy credit for being so kind but yet credible in my experience with their company. Would def bring any other vehicles here again, though I hope I don't need to. Highly r

Joe Hudson's Collision made the process of having a vehicle repaired after an accident WONDERFUL. If such a thing could be said about what is normally a difficult and time consuming process. Great communication throughout via text messages (great when it's tough to take phone calls during the work day!), kind and professional staff, just wonderful people all the way around. The work was done quickly and thoroughly. No dragging past given deadlines, etc. with excuses. Everything was functional and clean and put together when I got back into my vehicle. Helpful coordination with the rental car coverage. On the day of pickup I got stuck in traffic due to some accidents on the interstate. They stayed a few minutes past closing so I could pick up my vehicle! It was a tough day but they made it

I had a very good experience with Joe Hudson Collision Center. Ed kept me informed of the progress with my repairs. My vehicle was ready ahead of schedule and looks fantastic. I don't want to hit another deer but if I do, I will definitely take it back to Joe Hudson's again.

Joe Hudson repair shop is very good at their job. I have Taken all of my vehicles to Joe Hudson since I’ve moved to Boerne. They are very dependable and thorough with their job. Customer service is excellent.
