The staff here took great care of damage on my BM. They were fast, communicative and professional. They did exactly as Luis told me they would and estimated. No bloated cost or fees.

I can’t comment on their repair services, but the scheduling experience was disappointing. I was instructed to bring my car in for an estimate between 1:00 and 2:00 pm. When I arrived at 1:40, I was told I had to be there at 1:00 sharp and had missed it. The soonest they could reschedule was eight days later. Clearer communication would have saved me a wasted trip and a week’s delay.

We had a stellar experience working with Gerber. Someone hit my car and Gerber is a State Farm and enterprise partner. The process was incredibly smooth and user friendly from getting an estimate, dropping off the car and getting a rental through picking up my fixed car. Luis and Jon provided 1st class service and they did an outstanding job! Will definitely come back if we need repairs in the future. Thank you!

Jeff and the guys at Gerber are fantastic! They painted some fender flares for me without even seeing my truck and matched up the paint perfectly!! I love the way the truck looks now. I will always take all my work to Gerber. They also worked on my wife's car after an accident in early November and the car turned out perfectly. The staff is professional and I love their follow up. They handled everything with the insurance company so that the entire process was painless. I highly recommend Gerber in Boulder!!
