After and before. Paint matched and everything no problems with the process and I was able to get my car a day early than what was expected. Saul was good at keeping me informed and on top of everything that I asked. They also cleaned my car before I got it back.

Got him from behind again and’s this is our second time being here. They answer the phones quick, the manager is straight with you and you can tell he’s been doing this for awhile he’s a man of his word. The timing of both experiences took a while one was a serious bumper and the other was a small one but I’m sure it’s because their always busy. But they do care and you can see that. My back window was gone the second time around and they were able to wrap blue wrap around the back until I got it into the shop when I went to go get the estimate. I would just say their communication is not the best it was always us calling to get answers/updates and it should’ve been the other way around, also.. you don’t wanna catch Brenda on a bad day she can be a bit sassy and repetitive lol but still 5
