Tri-Cities Auto Glass of Canton

Met with them on January 13th to get an estimate on fixing my windshield. They gave me a date to drop it off, 2 days before that day they told me they didn’t know who I was a didn’t have my appointment scheduled. Then they told me to meet with them on a Sunday morning to look at my truck again and they no showed and wouldn’t answer call or texts. This review is specifically for the Canton location. Total clown show.

They provided an incredible service. Were able to come out same day to replace my window. They had the job done quickly and efficiently and left my truck cleaner than when they found it. The price they quoted me was very low compared to Safelite and Caliber Collision that I was skeptical at first. However, they came out and knocked it out of the park.

Tri-Cities was fantastic. Walked me through all options and ended up with windshield that perfectly matched Silverado OEM. Showed up on time and we’re very professional. Comes with a lifetime warranty too. Couldn’t be happier !
