Great experience at Gerber. I had to bring my car here to be fixed after an accident and they were great from start to finish. Kevin kept in contact with me through the entire process and ensured I knew exactly what was happening with my car. Lisa and Christine at the front desk were always very helpful in getting answers whenever I called. There was a separate issue with my car when I picked it up and Mark the GM told me he would help me take care of the issue once I brought it back to the dealership and he kept his word and was amazing. Thank you so much Gerber.

The pictures speak for themselves…..There are so many good things to say about Gerber! From the time I turned in my vehicle until I picked it up, they communicated with me throughout the process, and assured everything would be taken care of for me. They even assisted me with my rental from Hertz! I truly appreciate Gator and the entire Gerber staff. For anyone that is looking to get their car repaired, please see him here in Clermont. We had a fender bender on our 16-year-old Nissan pathfinder and brought it to Gerber collision and glass and they really took great care of us! Regular updates with how the work was going. Worked with the insurance company to make sure that we were satisfied and we were able to get our car back sooner than we had actually hoped. I could not possibly give them a higher recommendation because in this day and age you don’t find service like this. Thanks Jim and the entire Gerber team.
