I do not recommend this workshop at all. The customer service and treatment towards clients are poor, and the quality of the products, parts, and mechanics is very substandard. I left my car on October 15 for a front bumper replacement and some touch-ups. A repair that should have taken between 3 and 4 days ended up taking 14. The person in charge of my case was Angel, who did not provide the necessary attention; his professionalism was lacking, and communication was non-existent. I tried to contact him several times, but received no response. The first date to pick up my car was October 24 at 4:00 p.m., but that same day they changed the appointment to the 25th. I cannot say enough good things about this experience. It sucks to be hit and have to deal with repairs, but they made it seem less ! Got me a rental car that fit our needs, took care of everything, checked in frequently on the status of our car, were polite and went above and beyond. Really grateful for their care. Lisa at the front desk is a doll and goes above and beyond in customer service. Hope to not have to use them again, but i will be recommending them to everyone from now on! They also noticed that I had little kid handprints on the side of my car from sunscreen that I hadn’t been able to get off for a year, and took the time to polish them off for me just because. Absolutely incredible service.

These guys not only schedule my appt around my schedule, I showed up a couple minutes late, they had me picked up by my rental service already had my rental ready to go and had my truck finished same day. Waited 30 mins after closing to give me my truck. AND THEN washed my truck inside and out. Then to put the cherry on top cleared my tire pressure warning and topped off all my tires with the right psi. What else could I have asked for. All you guys complaining I don’t know who you dealt with but Shawn, Joe and the lady at the front desk I am so sorry I can’t remember your name but all of you guys were 10/10 I will for sure be back !!!

Cannot recommend Gerber Collision & Glass enough. Lisa, and all the staff there were so professional and courteous, keeping me updated every step of the way. Their repair(s) processes exceeded my expectations. Thank you again Gerber for all you do! :)

We are absolutely thrilled with the service provided by Gerber Collision in Daytona. They went above and beyond to ensure that our truck was repaired after an accident. The entire right side was destroyed and it looks brand new! The quality of the workmanship is absolutely unbelievable. In addition, Joe and the crew kept us updated with regular phone calls and text updates on the progress of the repairs. Not once did we have to call them wondering about the progress. It's so hard to find a repair shop that's any good anymore. We just can't believe how fast and how perfectly the repair was completed. Great job, everyone at Gerber Collison Daytona!
