DON’T GO HERE!!! They destroyed my son’s car! It was a hit and run! Not my son’s fault but we were treated as if it was. They took the car apart, even parts that didn’t need to be taken apart. Then they refused to fix it because they found prior damage. Instead of giving us the option to fix it (outside of insurance) they stuffed all of the parts in the car and let it sit until we towed it to another collision shop. Because they shoved the parts in the car so negligently there was further damaged to parts that shouldn’t have been. We towed our car to O’Donnell Collision and they refused because there was no “money in it for them”. Then we towed it to Carbody Collision in Laurel MD and they fixed everything beautifully and we couldn’t be happier!!!

Kayanna and the whole staff were amazing! They seamlessly took care of my claim after my git and run. Everything from my rental and ensuring completion around my busy schedule...chef's kiss! Not my first time here...definately not my last! Great work, great service!

Cristy was absolutely rude! I had car sent in for estimate to see if I need to involve insurance company. She calls and says I need to get insurance involved. I file claim and get a message saying car is totaled. Called shop to inquire about car. I asked what estimate to repair car was. Cristy told me that no estimate was done because insurance company totaled it out. I called ins co and they told me Gerber said it was totaled. Called Cristy again and she told me it was ins co. She said that they don’t do estimates on totaled cars. I asked how it was determined totaled if they didn't do an estimate? She lied and failed to accept responsibility for what she told me the consumer. When questioned about what she told me, became rude and hostile and hung up on me. Called to speak to the supervi

Gerber Collision off of Balto National Pike has tremendous customer service. Several years ago, they did a great job with the body work on my Acura. Just yesterday, I stopped by for an assessment of damage to my new car. Kim, the General Manager, spent a good bit of time walking through options for me to save money and keep from filing an insurance claim. She had her team buff paint to my front quarter panel and bumper at no charge! The work looks great and it saved me thousands. I highly recommend Gerber to everyone I know.

Customer service was pretty good! Kept me informed , the work on my car seems like they did an ok job! But! I would not recommend anyone to go to this place! They kept my car longer than expected, someone was vaping and smoking cigarettes in my car! We found the vape and they admitted it was theirs!!! They knew what they did and offered to detail my car. I took my car there 8:30 in the morning , received it back at 3:30 in the afternoon and the car is the exact same. Spoke to the manager she was no help and rude! I wish I could give me no stars! She was probably the smoker in my car as she sounds like she smokes tons of cigarettes! A person who do not smoke cigarettes can tell when someone has been smoking cigarettes, the scent is very heavy in my car! There is a huge difference with cigar
