I have a Lexus RX 350 that was hit on the back quarter panel. These ppl were highly recommended. When i arrive to pick my vehicle up initially the color wasn’t blended well. They did correct it. Although they wanted me to bring it back at a later date instead of fixing it right then. And i didn’t find out til later that they lied about sending it to Lexus to get an alignment. Which the guy told me was going to be done.

We had a wonderful experience with Gerber! Nicole and Jonathan did a wonderful job working with me and the insurance company to do repair work on my vehicle. They communicated every step of the way, and made sure my car looked perfect. I would highly recommend them!

I am very satisfied with the work on my windshield. They had it all fixed far sooner than expected ...within a week ! They cleaned my car up real nice as well . If you are a car guy, you know how important color matching and blending are. They did a perfect job of that and there was no orange peel, tape lines, overspray of any kind. I would recommend them 100% if you want OEM or better paint work.

Gerber provided consistent updates and my car was finished on time. However, when I picked up my car someone had changed my entire display settings. After 30 minutes of sitting in my car trying to get them back to the way they used to be I called Gerber and was transferred to the adjustor, Jonathan, who asked if I had looked through the car manual. I asked him who gave them the right to change my entire dash. Now, I am spending my time trying to return my car to the condition it was when I dropped it off (body repair excluded).
