Gerber Collision & Glass

So my husband and I had to take our Cadillac here to be repaired after filing a claim with our insurance company for an accident. We were going to drop off our Cadillac there to get repaired and I followed my husband there in our Prius to give him a ride home. Upon opening my door to get out of my car, there was no one parked next to me, I barely got my door 1/4 of the way open and had someone come flying into the parking space next to me and smash in to my car door. The other party then backed up and I got out, then he pulled into the spot. He got out to check the damage to his car and mine. My car door was crushed in and his car barely had a scratch. Great to find kind people. The estimater was so experienced ,he knew what he was doing . Informed me everything needed and showed me. Customer service also nice they let me bable on about my car incident (deer trying to get a ride ). Been recommended by people around where I live. After getting car back from shop ,I was impressed with everything body paint , cleaned interior well no broken glass left . Would highly recommend them .

To start I’d like to say the 1 start comments had me a bit nervous when my car insurance recommended me to come here to get my car repaired. However, I can 100% say those 1 star reviews were far from anything I experienced. The staff was friendly and understanding of my situation. The front office team explained all of the relative insurance information and the next steps would be regarding the rental car process. The representative (BK) who worked on my car was extremely knowledgeable and professional. They remained in constant contact we me throughout the entire process and answered any follow up questions I had. They also even went out of there way to salvage and reapply the bumper decal I had attached to my old bumper which did not get damaged during the accident. Then to top it off, w

My original review would have been 1 star since they called to tell me my car was finished, but in reality it wasn't, and communications where not great. However, they went out of their way to rectify the situation and made sure I was aware of everything happening. The finished work was done well and the color match is almost perfect. UPDATE: I've changed my rating to a 1 star. When washing our vehicle for the first time since we got it back we realized that the front bumper was completely coated in overspray!!! The damage to our vehicle was on the back end, so obviously they didnt bother properly covering the vehicle when it was in the shop. This is totally unacceptable on any vehicle let alone on a $60,000 car with 10,000 miles on it!!! Very unprofessional.
