Great service, quick and easy drop off and pickup. Got four tires and an oil change all done very quickly and professionally. Have being using for years and would highly recommend. Rep was John he was very helpful.

What a great experience! We very unexpectedly got a flat tire when we were traveling today. We were an hour from home and we immediately pulled off the first exit to find Mavis Tires! Johnny and his team took care of EVERYTHING and quickly got us back on the road to our destination. He was so helpful and explained everything so thoroughly, making the entire situation much easier to handle. Definitely five star service!

They saved me $600 Nucar was going to charge me $1,600 for inspection and 3 tires. Also to change out my headlight bulb $230. I went to Mavis where I was greeted by Johnny. He was well coming even changed my headlights for free. I walked out there a very happy customer. I'll never go anywhere else again, they don't rip me off !

Do not recommend.Spoke to Josh on the phone was very rude.pulled up on them to explain my situation better and calm.They tried to tell me something completely different about my car and to take it to a dealership didn’t even recommend to look at the car till I told him that’s the information he told me was wrong even the tow truck driver said he was very wrong I had looked it up .Then He tried to give me a different excuse it wasn’t people to work on the car drove past 20 mins later it was more then 4 people there.I recommend going to the other one in trexlertown they took my car right away and had Great customer service. I definitely will be pulling back up when my car is fixed.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but for this place, I have to. I booked an appointment on Saturday for a safety and emission inspection and a tire rotation four days in advance. On Saturday morning, I got a call saying there would be a long wait time for my appointment and that I should arrange a ride to leave and come back later. The whole point of booking an appointment is to get service at the scheduled time, not to wait for hours. Still, I went to check in person, and the person at the front desk was extremely rude, yelling, and wouldn’t even let me speak or explain my situation. I ended up giving up and rescheduling for Monday. On Monday, the appointment itself was quick, which was a relief—but then I was told my wipers were bad.
