I had a great experience with Joe Hudson Collision Center! I needed a new bumper and other body work. Their ability to text me updates on the repair made it so easy to stay informed on the status of the vehicle. They initially received a damaged replacement part which delayed the repair but they communicated so well and took immediate action to reorder what was needed to reduce the delay as much as possible. They even stayed after their closing time so that I could pick up my vehicle after work before I left to go out of town. All around fantastic service and work!

I had a terrible experience at this dealership. My car was not ready on time, which was frustrating enough, but when I finally got it, I found several issues. First, the bumper cushion was missing, which is something they should have checked before handing it over. To make matters worse, the car was filthy inside, the roof liner had grime and grease stains left from someone's hands. Also, there was dirt everywhere! I expected a much higher level of service and attention to detail, especially after waiting so long. I definitely won’t be returning or recommending this dealership to anyone. Now i have to go back to them to get this matter fixed , which means more things to worry about.
