Edit to say Gerber did order the part and call me that they had, so if I had been patient it appears they would have resolved the issue. Original review below. I was overall not satisfied with my experience of having my vehicle repaired at Gerber Collision, although in their defense, in hindsight I also did not handle the situation in the best way. My wife got in a very minor fender bender in a parking lot. To resolve, we had 3 options. 1) Fix ourselves as best we could with touchup paint etc 2) Not run through insurance and pay for an independent body shop to repair. 3) Run through insurance and have it repaired "correctly" If it was my car, I would have just done my best to repair it myself. I had a rather embarrassingly dumb wreck. My car had only been my car for 4 days at that point. Our insurance sent us to Gerber Collision in Hendersonville and they were phenomenal. They communicated well, and kept us up to date on the progress with my car. Everyone was kind. Would definitely use them again, although I hope I never have to!

Horrible place. I took my car to Gerber after experiencing damage from Hurricane Helene when a powerline fell on top of my vehicle. When I arrived for an inspection of the damaged it was in October of 2024 and was told it would take a week for repairs and was provided with an appointment in November. November came and I called a day before to make sure I had everything I needed. I found out that day, the day before I was supposed to drop it off that my appointment had been changed without any notification to December. December came and once again my appointment got moved to January. January came and guess what happened my appointment got moved once again. Finally got to drop off my car in February where I asked again if it would be just a week as I needed to pay for a rental car out of poc

Took my 2018 F-350 to Hills Collision. They replaced my hood and painted it, as well as replaced and painted a bed side for me. Once they called and said it was ready, I went to get it and Chase went over the truck with me. I was very impressed with the quality of work that the crew did on my truck. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future.

Hill collision center cut more corners than I could ever imagine. They replaced only one of two kidney grills on my BMW M3. They dislodged the intake during headlight install and left intake partially open. They shoved trim pieces in with brute force rather than proper alignment and bent tabs. Gaps galore. No informing me of progress despite multiple requests to insurance for higher payment. Avoid at all costs.
