I was very happy with the work that was done on my car. From the first time I went in there, I felt that they have a very professional team. Amy was always ready to answer any questions that I had. The work was done in a timely manner and the quality was very good. One thing that impressed me is that after I picked up the vehicle, I went a few miles and the charging system light came on. Then next thing I knew it wouldn't start. I called Gerber Collision and Tyler came out and got me going. He had to do it 2 more times before we got it to the shop. It seems I needed a new alternator One of the employees recommended a garage a short distance away and they were able to get me in that day. Yes, I would definitely recommend Gerber Collision.

So far, Mike, manager and Tyler, State Farm estimator have been great. Explain everything. Biweekly phone updates regarding back ordered parts, etc. Shop is clean as are techs. Once my vehicle is repaired and home I will update my review. These photos are pre repair, of course.

My name is Samantha and I picked up my car yesterday. I just want to say they did amazing work on my car, the staff was great, and I’m thankful that my car was repaired by these guys. I would also like to add it takes awhile to get your car done. It took over 3 weeks just for my insurance to approve the claim, and once they did their part they had to take it to the dealer to make sure sensors and everything was right. It takes awhile because they’re thorough. I was getting a bad attitude toward the end from NO FAULT of theirs and they were still wonderful and did a great job. Highly recommend and thank you!

Workmanship on replaced parts was very well done. Top quality work. Attention to detail, however, was lacking. Tire has a slow leak as a result of accident and this issue was addressed more than once with the office. Was told they couldn't find anything wrong. When I picked up the car had less than 5 psi in the tire. Second issue with the car was that it DID NOT START when I turned the key and they had to give me a jump to get rolling. Was repeated issues with the repair duration. Took over a month after parts had arrived due to an employee apparently quitting who was working on my car. Fortunately for me this repair was free as the accident was not my fault and was covered by insurance. Overall had I paid the over 6000 dollar repair bill I would have been seriously displeased with the su

I took my vehicle here to have repairs made and painting done from 3 separate accidents. I am so impressed and happy with the results. The people there are so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They called and gave updates as to the phases that my vehicle was in and explained everything that was being done. I totally recommend them.
