Little did I know that going here to get a couple tires put on, that this shop would now be my number 1 go to! They’re amazing! So friendly and helpful. It’s been a long time since I’ve come across people that I felt were honest, wholesome, good people. I messed up and they still fixed it and didn’t charge me when they should have! I cannot recommend Southern Auto Exchange ENOUGH!! 5 stars all the way!!

Absolute pleasure to work with. Just had all new tires installed on my car today. Customer service is incredible. They discussed my options, gave me their opinions on what they’ve seen and I couldn’t be happier. This is how you get and retain customers. We will be back for sure!

The staff here go out of the way to make it a good day. It took 90 min for them to get my 4 tires on and do a full alignment. During those 90 min I seen delighted after delighted customer. Also via some eavesdroping I overheard a conversation that tells me they run an honest shop. Wish they handled all repairs. For what they do repair they will explain what you need and in lamens terms why. Very knowlegable. Also I paid about 30% less than anywhere else I checked. Tires and most related repairs go here and I am sure you will not regret it.

Southern Auto did an amazing job on my brakes and I am grateful to them. Their kindness and friendliness was appreciated as well. Very reasonable pricing. They are worth the wait to get into. I highly recommend them!

Squeezed me in when my rental car got a flat and made sure I could safely get to Buffalo in time for my flight. Such a great business! Wish they were located here where I live so I could take my personal cars to them!
