Gerber Collision & Glass on Wornall Rd in Kansas City Missouri appointment 8am to replace a mirror. Time complete 8:35 am I’ve used Gerber Collision and Glass at this location before. This time was just as professional as the last time. Staff was cheerful and professional. Work was first class. The building is an older building , I don’t recall who was there before Gerber. There are a few small things that need addressing but don’t affect the customer service or quality. 1. Windows need cleaned and they need a shade for the morning - it can get really bright. 2. Corner of the front step is broken but it’s not a slip and fall issue. Use this location with confidence.

Gerber Collision has the best customer service team from Benjamin, his manager and I believe her name is Antionetta who works the front desk. Their integrity on the work their crew does is awesome and so much appreciated. A very pleased customer!

Would give 5 but the amount of time my car was in the shop was ridiculous 2 months due to back order on parts , but once I got the car back everything looked perfect job well done Benjamin 👍 the front desk clerk is absolutely sweet can't remember her name but she was very informative very nice lady very pleasant attitude.

Great communication from Ray and everyone at the shop. Progressive did their best to make it an absolute nightmare but I knew Gerber was working hard to hold up their end of the deal. Sending anybody I can to Ray and the team at Gerber.

These folks were very honest and helpful, as I was dealing with my car being totalled. Very kind and professional. I would recommend them highly.
