I had such a positive experience with this collision shop, from start to finish. They truly went above and beyond and accommodated all of my needs. They are very kind and professional. They kept me updated through the whole process and even booked my rental car appointment! I was truly blown away. I will recommend this collision shop time and time again. The staff and management are true professionals and really do care that your car is repaired properly. In a world of questionable collision shops, its nice to know that I can rely on Gerber for any future repairs I need. My car was back to me in a timely manor, minus the facts that the parts were difficult to acquire (to no fault of Gerber).
