Absolutely had the best experience with them from the start! My car was done in like 6 days. Everyone there was extremely nice and easy to work with. Carlos was my estimator and he was wonderful the whole time. I even left my keys like an idiot and Kayla kept them for me and called me to let me know! She’s the sweetest as well! Definitely would recommend.

Took my 1999 Chevy s10 for some body work, and they informed that my bearings and suspension where rusted out. Thank God they told me because that rust was destroying my grandpa’s truck. I will forever trust them and recommend them. Thank you Gerber Collision!!

Louis and Kay worked competently and efficiently to make sure the process ran as smoothly as possible. The repair experts did an excellent job and had the car ready even before the expected time. I was especially thankful because the repair involved replacing a handle on the driver’s car door, which had been damaged by vandals. As an 86-year-old, I appreciated no longer having to crawl from the passenger’s side and squeeze my body under the steering wheel in order to drive the car during the days we were waiting for the new handle order to come through.

Melrose park location did a great job. Their customer service is 10/10. Everything was explained to me from drop off to pick up. My car looked great! They kept me updated with phone calls and text message updates throughout the entire process. Car accidents are stressful enough so this process was hassle free and I appreciate that. Great job Melrose Park team. 10/10 I highly recommend.
