2 years ago... a young driver Rear-ended my brand new car, didn't even make the first payment... smh~ "My car got towed to Gerber (Mundelein) because I didn't want to chance it." They did a great job, its like I was never in an accident. It looked great. I have a habit of checking my Ipass app... and to my surprise, someone drove the car and went through a toll when my transponder was not in the car. So, I printed out the receipt. When I went to pick up my car... I waited to see if they were going to tell me they took it through a toll, but they didn't. So, I mentioned it... The GM at the time (Joel) apologized (said he didn't know) and paid me back. This year... on Valentine's Day, someone hit my car and bailed. Oh, I was furious. Took it back to them, and again, they did a fantastic job.
Communication was Excellent from start to finish. Very friendly and professional while updating me through the entire process. The work they did on my Jeep was done exactly as said. I was pleasantly surprised to get my Jeep back cleaned inside and out. Would highly recommend.
Had a great experience at Gerber Collision and Glass. Everyone was very kind and helpful, and they were able to fix my car in quicker than I had expected. They did a beautiful job, and the entire process was easy and stress free. Hopefully I won’t need to return any time soon, but will definitely use them again if and when needed!
I had a minor accident and decided to take my car to a nearby authorized repair shop instead of the one I usually go to. Although it was just a small bump, the damage turned out to be more extensive than expected and required repairs in several areas. The service took a bit longer than expected, but everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. The repair work was clean and reliable, and I left feeling very satisfied. If you ever need body repair after an accident, I’d definitely recommend this place.
I wasn’t happy with the work they did on my Acura MDX 2024. And they did not bother to clean the extra paint inside my car.
