I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at this establishment. I found the business to be dishonest, and I believe the practices are misleading. They caused additional damage to my vehicle for the purpose of inflating the insurance claim. Furthermore, the contract contains hidden fees and misleading statements that result in unexpected out-of-pocket expenses. My car would have been in a better condition and lower repair cost if additional damages were not incurred. Due to these experiences, I will not be returning to this shop, nor will I be providing any recommendations. I strongly advise that you review the contract clarity to avoid further issues with the hidden fees and charges.

Alma was amazing. She worked hard and was super communicative with us. We had out of state insurance and she worked with them to ensure we were taken care of. Brand new shop beautiful and clean. I would use them again!

They fixed my dad's car. They even polished/restored the other headlight (that wasn't damaged) so they would match. We noticed a clip hanging off the fender and they immediately replaced it before we left. Wasn't in the shop very long either, no additional damage when we got it back.

They were very communicative and courteous. I received constant updates and they even finished earlier than quoted. The work was flawless. I would definitely consider them again if I need it.

Everyone was friendly and helpful! Daryl handled every concern I had and kept me updated. I was so amazed on how quickly everything went; my Tuesday appointment for a quote ended up being the start for the repair and I got my car back by the end of the week.
