What an amazing experience! From start to finish I was met with kindness, professionalism and clear communication. Their customer service is outstanding. A rare thing to experience in this day and age unfortunately. Extremely thankful for the knowledge and care of all staff and technicians. Donnie specifically was courteous and professional. What a great place! Highly recommend.

They\n Received my truck on the 10th called and told me by the 12th that the parts wouldn't be until 16th, so now we wait, we call them on the 17th and they tell them oops. Now we're waiting on more parts, and your parts won't be until the 21st. All this for a dent in my bumper. My thing is, if you're going to inspect a vehicle, do it right?The first time and make sure you order all the parts that you need.Don't make your customers wait an additional week.Because i'm very grateful and blessed that I can afford a rental car for another week while they finish painting my muffler to install it. Ut oh better get Macco!

Wife was in an accident we chose them to do the work wheel that was hit was never fixed properly and still rattles to date wife took it back up there twice still have not fixed issue or made it right managment was rude with my wife. If I could give them zero stars I would.

My car was left uncovered for at least 3 days during heavy rain. They don't care about their customers property at all. Someone could have at least backed it in. Another car missing a door was wet too. My leather seats did get wet. The water caused a red colored utility rope to bleed onto my seats. The body work under the trunk was poorly done.

Over 2 weeks to prepare an estimate for a small bumper ding on a Ford Maverick. 3 more weeks to repair it. Not like it's a rare, foreign, or unusual car, or has major damage. Unacceptable!!!!!
