Gerber Collision & Glass

Gerber did great at pulling a dent out and refinishing the paint on our vehicle after a tree fell and damaged it. There was one issue, with our mirrors heing inoperable, that was claimed to be a problem at the end of service. Gerber put a claim into insurance, it was denied. They told me it was the mirrors computer that would need to be replaced. Because it was denied, we brought the car home. I diagnosed and found it was a cable that needed to be reseated is all. 2 minute fix and they tried to pull it out as a $600 claim. Next up there were a few things we noticed after picking up the vehicle. Some minor overspray into the wheel well trim. Not bad Some minor scraping of the window chrome next to the area of the dent. Also not bad. Grease residue present on our rear seats. A bit frustra

my car got rear ended and i chose those place for the repairs. i had an absolutely amazing experience all the way around!! everyone in the office that i spoke to provided top tier customer service, literally the friendliest people ever!! the repairs look amazing and were completed in a very timely manner!! 100% would use this shop again and would absolutely recommend this shop to everyone!!

Had a specialized order that took extra attention which the agency was willing to take on and follow up to make things right . Made it their aim to achieve customer service Excellency.

Worst service ever the guy was rude to me from the time he looked at my car. He claimed that there were further problems with my car & tried to make me come out of pocket for what was caused from the wreck. I told him that my trunk did not close all the way & he continued to say my trunk wouldn’t open. Then he said my car wasn’t pulling at all but everytime I have drove it since the accident it’s pulled on the right side from me being rear ended. He kept telling me to drive it as is if I didn’t want to come out of pocket for damages I did not cause or find another shop or sale my car. They towed my car there kept it for almost 2 weeks without touching it. I do not recommend this shop.

Great business! Would definitely recommend them. Multiple places told me 1-3 month wait / job. Gerber knocked it out in a week & kept me updated! 10/10 business.
