There are a lot of positive reviews, but as a mechanic, I want to share my point of view. I was reversing and accidentally damaged someone else’s car. Since the damage was minor, we agreed that I would pay for the repairs without involving insurance. The owner of the car doesn’t understand this business — and they took advantage of that. They replaced everything — both what needed to be changed and what didn’t. They didn’t even try to repair the parts; they just ordered new ones. Okay, but the prices were completely unrealistic. The most striking example is a new headlight priced at $1,666, while the dealer’s price is $1,000–$1,200. My mechanic, who gets discounts, sells it for $800. On eBay, it costs $400. My two week old Cadillac was hit on the beltway, and I was upset. Allstate sent me to Joe Hudson's on Mountain Road. I was aprehensive that they would do a good job? To my surprise, They did a super job. It's better than expected. It takes a while to get an appointment with these guys, but it is worth the wait. I highly recommend Joe Hudson's on Mountain Road 21122.

Vehicle repair went smooth. Checkin was quick as they were prepared for my arrival. Updates were given via text and I had no reason to contact them to ask about status. Pickup was quick and easy. Repairs are perfect and looks just like before damage. Will use again for sure.

Update 8/15: took the car back and they indicated they would fix it, my wife took it in on 8/5; still waiting for it to be completed; Original post: My wife took her new 2024 Palisade there after someone hit it, and they did a poor job matching the paint. The area they painted is much lighter then the robust emerald green (which normally appears black unless the light it’s it and it sparkles green). The area they painted always looks green. I just hope they fix it. My wife called they said don’t bother Wendy and to bring it back when the painter is in and it is not raining. Again I hope they fix it.
