I came here a little over two years ago and had horrible experiences and wouldn’t have given a 5 star but i had a few issues and came back to find all new people and i was shocked by the night and day difference in customer service. 10/10 recommend gerber in pekin. The people there now are so kind and helpful. They were able to get my car in quickly to have repairs and were very personable. I know my car will be taken care of.
