I’ve used Gerber Collision for years, they have top notch service and keep in communication with you the entire time! Linda is the sweetest person and goes above and beyond to make your experience positive, she even searched around to get me the lowest cost battery!! I would highly recommend!!

The customer service was outstanding. Lori in the office with very helpful and the manager helped me out tremendously. I would recommend this collision center hands out. This is not the first time I have used them and both times was extremely satisfied with all their help!

I brought my Alfa Romeo here for repair after my car was involved in a hit and run. Lori took my phone call and got everything done and set up immediately. Very high energy and good spirited woman. I had zero doubt about my vehicle being taken care of. The paint guy was meticulous and very thorough; I couldn’t find a flaw. Great job!

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. This place is a joke of a autobody shop. I took in my vehicle with a cracked oil pan and dented resonater. I was advised not too drive my vehicle so when I dropped my vehicle off at their shop I told them not too drive it. They proceeded too drive my car multiple miles too another location to get the work done to it instead of towing it. So they claimed it was okay because it was just a tiny crack. That doesn’t matter it is their job too treat my vehicle with care while it was in their possession, and yet they couldn’t even do that. Once they fixed the oil pan they called me and said that they replaced the oil pan, and my car was ready for pick up so I asked them “did you guys also fix the resonater. They told me “uhhhhh let me check”

Extremely thankful for Lori's knowledge and guidance through our accident claim process. She actively listened and answered our questions, saving us money, time and frustration.
