Yet again they pulled through. I am a service advisor in Allentown at an independent repair shop. Finding parts can be quite challenging at times. All aftermarket vendors local to me stated they didn’t carry what we needed and all dealers stated it was on an international backorder with no ETA. I remembered the wonderful folks here and called. I was told within 5 minutes they had the part on their shelf and we drove down to pick it up. We were able to get our clients vehicle back on the road thanks to the team here. I have purchased a Jeep this week from Reagle and I cannot be more satisfied with the excellent customer service this dealership provides. The purchasing experience was very smooth and I appreciate how they follow up with you to make sure that you are completely satisfied. I cannot rave enough about our experience at Reagle. Shawn P helped us with our new 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited purchase. The entire process was the quickest and most efficient time I have ever had at a car dealership. Shawn worked with us so we could get the most money for our trade in, and got our payment right where we needed it to be. There wasn't talk to this person then that person. It was one person from start to finish. Everyone was very nice and helpful, and they even had someone walk out to the vehicle to help me pair my phone and answer any feature questions we had. They detailed the SUV while we signed the paperwork and made it a note to mention that if anything at all was missed to stop back down and they would make sure it was taken care of. Hands down amazing experience

Not happy with their service. Took my truck for a oil and filter change. After 40 mins waiting....they came out saying they can't change the filter bc my truck have a cover that they can't take off. Perfect.....I will go to another place. We'll the lady at the desk said...."He already drained the oil.....so he have to put the new one". Another 40 mins wait. How do you drain the oil without checking if the filter comes off? Reallyyyy... I might waste $80....bc of course I have to take my truck to a Toyota dealer to change the filter.....but you lost a customer with 4 cars. Thanks for nothing.

Great atmosphere, As a first time lot buyer didn’t feel suffocated and pressured. The team were all friendly and considerate. Getting to know the staff by name and building a relationship made my car buying experience more enjoyable. Will definitely be going back for future needs and if any friends or family get interested in a new vehicle, I’ll have a great recommendation for them! JUST ASK FOR DAVE !
