Great customer service and job well done! Front bumper and quarter panel damaged from hitting a dear. Gerber coordinated the rental car pickup and drop off. Car was done one day in advance. Interior was cleaned, very nice surprise! Very friendly staff! Highly recommend!

I have them for collision repair twice. First time the experience was great. They give me a car wise link for the progress of the repair. And the work is great. 2nd time, that's no communication what so ever. They have the vehicle 2 week, I never receive a single communication from them. I have to call them to get a status of the progress. I even ask them last week, do I ever going to get an update this week, the person answer the phone say will give me an update on Tuesday, but nothing. They finish it early, other than call me the vehicle ready to pickup that's absolutely no communication. Next time I will take my business elsewhere. Terrible work. Terrible customer service. DO NOT USE. Paint started to peel off my car within a week. I went back and they said it was the gloss coating. They just needed to do it again. Don’t waste your time rip off

Bob is a good man for taking the chance with my car. I had a collision with a deer and Bob was eager to help. Although this time it was beyond repair he did refund me minus the labor which I personally believed was fair. The world needs more mechanics like Bob who are willing to take the risk for customers with very damaged vehicles.

Jan at the front desk was very helpful, kind and professional. The technician was also kind and thorough. They patiently explained everything in detail and stuck to the plan. The quality of the repair was top notch and timely. The entire process was painless. On another note the staff seems to enjoy their jobs and treated each other with professional kindness and respect. I hope to not have a reason to return but would definitely recommend this repair shop.
