Carolyn at the front desk was incredibly sweet and helpful from the get go. Steve oversaw my repairs and did an absolutely amazing job. He was so polite, communicative, and made my car look as good as new. I was honestly so happy I almost cried. My car is one of the only things that truly feels like mine, and they treated it with so much care. I couldn’t be more grateful and highly recommend them.

Unfortunately I hit a metal chair on the 202 and it completely perforated the underneath of my car. I took a leave at work for PTSD treatment and of course that happened as I’m going through an extremely difficult time. However, Steve at Gerber Collision made the process so extremely seamless for me. I know having USAA insurance helps as they are always great my rep this time was not the best- but Steve and the team made the not so ideal situation; better. So thank you to the team there, you guys have been absolutely amazing. You never know what someone is going through. So making this type of thing seamless for someone, is a big deal. He called me frequently to update me. He helped me get my car towed to them. And I got my car back and it looks good as new. Thank you so much everyone! AFT

Needed to get the front bumper replaced on our Highlander as it was damaged in a parking lot; no witnesses, and no note from driver who hit my vehicle, so I went through my insurance company. I was referred to this center by my insurance company. The staff was friendly, and professional. I came in on a Tuesday for the initial inspection. After the inspection, I was told that they would need to order the part and it would arrive approximately by either Thursday or Friday. It was also explained, at that time, exactly what would be done, an estimated time of completion, and I was given a written quote. I went ahead and scheduled the appointment for a week later (this also would allow any extra time if there were any shipping issues). I arrived the following Tuesday and dropped off the H

Truck looks as good as new and everyone was super nice. They updated me throughout, were done when they said they would be and it came out costing what they estimated. Doesn't get better than that.

Had a hit and run incident with my vehicle where somebody backed into it while it was parked and they took off. I took it to a few shops and Gerber was the easiest & quickest to work with. Also gave an affordable price. They regularly called with updates and had the car fixed in 1.5 weeks. Another place said it was going to take 2 months. Definitely would recommend coming here.
