We brought our Jeep Grand Cherokee in after a collision, and the team here really took great care of us and our car. The final repair work is excellent! and our Jeep looks fantastic! but what I appreciated most was how friendly and supportive everyone was through the process. Huge thanks to Sandy and Cora for going the extra mile, and making everything feel so much less stressful. We are really grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them! 5 stars! Thanks again ❤️

Gerber in Renton. These folks did us right - especially Sandy the estimator. My family is so grateful. Due to a minor accident, we were forced to have our wheelchair van repaired, which for us, is a really big deal. Our adult daughter is severely disabled and 100% dependent on us. That van is our lifeline to her medical appointments and day program. Not to mention work and errands if one of us isn’t home to be with her. Two weeks, the bare minimum time that’s typically required for the kind of repair we needed, might as well be forever. Try renting a wheelchair van - places don’t have them. Accessible taxis? We brought our car here because they were listed as a recommended shop by our insurer. When we pointed out visible damage and asked that it be reviewed for the estimate, staff and management discouraged discussion and stated they would only repair what they determined was necessary. We were told we do not have a say in what damage is documented or addressed. We chose to leave because we were not confident all accident-related damage would be properly evaluated or included, particularly where undiscovered damage could affect vehicle safety or future repairs. Vehicle owners should be able to ask questions and have concerns documented during the estimating process. Cora was very professional, nice and a pleasure to work with. My car was ready early and they returned my rental for me, which I loved so I didn't have to travel to take it back myself. And they washed and vacuumed out my car. Gerber did great!!!

Nothing good to say. I was told 2-3 weeks, and they had the car for 6 weeks. During the repair, I received 7 different completion dates. On one of them-the day they said I could pick it up-I got a text saying they needed more parts and another week to repair. It would take another 3 weeks after that. I called at least 5 times during the repair, and the phone was picked up just once. Extremely frustrating experience that cost us a ton in rental cars, Ubers, and inconvenience. Never again.
