Amazing experience here, was brought here due to getting in a severe crash that ended up in my perfect car being totaled. I read their reviews before hand and saw nothing but good things, so I decided to go experience it for myself! The reviews were NOT lying!!! Brittany & Shayla were absolutely phenomenal. Gerber handled the repairs on our daughter's car very quickly. We Dropped her car off and received a quote within an hour. I was continuously updated along the way and repairs were made prior the initial expected return date. From start to finish it was 6 days and we had her car back! Brittany B. was very kind, helpful and answered all of our questions and kept is in the loop. We definitely recommend working with Gerber and Brittany!

I had to go through this process due to an accident, and I’m really glad I chose Gerber Collision. From the start, the team was professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. Sheila and Brittany were especially fantastic—attentive, responsive, and patient with all of my (many) questions, especially since this was my first time going through something like this. My son needed to use the restroom, so I briefly parked in a spot nearby. When I came back, a rude woman started yelling at me, cursing at me saying I couldn’t park there even though she doesn’t own the lot. She was a heavier-set woman with short, curly black hair. There’s no reason to speak to people that way. Will never go here.
