I had a very disappointing experience with this shop after bringing my vehicle in for repairs after an accident through USAA’s preferred network. The first time I was called to pick up my car, the paint job had obvious imperfections throughout: runs, chips, bumps, and overall poor finish quality. The issues were acknowledged and I was told they would be fixed. When I returned again, the paint was still not corrected. I was then told “no paint job is perfect,” which is simply not acceptable, especially when the vehicle’s paint was in better condition after being sideswiped than after their repairs. I recently had the pleasure of working with Mike at Joe Hudson Collision Center, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Mike did a great job keeping me informed throughout the entire process, providing clear estimates and updates so I always knew what to expect. I even had to bring my car back for a completely different issue, and once again, Mike and the team took care of everything quickly and professionally. What truly stood out was Mike’s customer service. Not only did he get my car completed on time, but he even went out of his way to drop off an item I’d left in my vehicle at my home on his way home—that level of service is rare these days. Best experience I’ve ever had with a vehicle repair shop. They were well informed, communicative, friendly, and went above and beyond. John was amazing throughout the whole process as was the lady at the front desk. It almost was like she could run that shop by herself. Outstanding experience and honestly made everything a breeze. Truck is perfect and couldn’t be happier.

Although we haven’t had work necessarily done here before we have had our vehicles twice come to this location after accidents in the last few years. The staff is amazing, transparent, patient to answer any questions in the process also remaining unbiased when the insurance companies try to play games and remind you to pick up the phone and call them directly and get things moving. Some of the nicest people to work with while our vehicles were being assessed ultimately totaled. Anytime we need any collision damage done we’re definitely coming here!

Johnathan was very helpful from beginning to end , kept updating me about my car . My BMW still drives the same like I just brought it off the lot cannot even tell it been hit in a car accident . He did everything he said he would do . I greatly appreciate him and Joe collision . From the front desk , she was such a sweetheart to the guys working on my car . Hopefully I never have to come back just if I do I know where to come . Thank you . He even gave my car a nice car wash and wax .
