My vehicle was repaired here after an accident and I had the pleasure of working with Sandy. The repair job was excellent so thanks to the techs! In addition, Sandy seemed to go above and beyond with her customer service. She called and gave updates every Friday on timelines for every step of the process, which alleviated a lot of anxiety. I have had the absolute worst experience with Gerber. I have been dealing with them since February 2025 and now I am having to get an attorney involved with enough pictures and documentation to do so. Back in February my 80k car went into their shop. Over a month later we call to get an update regarding the parts for my car. Come to find out Sandy forgets to order the parts because she wrote everything on a piece of paper instead of entering it into the computer. When the parts finally come in and I get my car into the shop, we had left the car there for about two weeks and the car smelled terrible. I truly wanted to leave a positive review, but unfortunately, I’m extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this shop. The staff members themselves are very kind and respectful, but the overall experience has been frustrating and disheartening. Less than six months after they worked on my Toyota RAV4, the tint on one window (one of only two doors they repaired) began to peel. When I asked about it, I was given the runaround and told it was probably “cheap tint from the manufacturer” — even though my car was purchased brand new in 2020 and none of the other windows have ever had an issue. The problem only appeared after they worked on it. Not to mention, I had to go back right after the repair because they didn’t put my rain guard back on properly. Had to bring my vehicle in due to hail damage back at the end of May 2025. They fit me in and got my car inspected. Great people that know what they are doing. Highly recommended to anyone that is un an accident and had damage to their vehicle.

I received an estimate of over $4,400 to repair a minor incident with my front passenger door that had a few dents but they wanted to change the whole door. I eventually found someone else very professional who fixed the problem and did a great job for less than a quarter of what this place was asking. They wanted me to involve my insurance but I didn’t want to. So if you ask yourself why car insurance is getting more and more expensive is because of places like this.
