German Auto Specialist

Took my 2025 X3 here for a tailgate repair. Henry was super nice to work with. Very responsive, and honest! Estimate was much more reasonable than BMWs quote. Got the part in quickly and the repair was done in an hour. Highly recommend!

This shop is fantastic. Henry and his team are extremely helpful and honest. They did not oversell me anything and they told me that my rear brake pads and rotor were not required to be fixed yet, and provided measurements as proof. The BMW dealer tried to upsell me in this respect. If you have a German car that you want to get maintenance done on, this is the spot to do it. Highly recommend it, and I would definitely come back.

Outstanding repair shop! I have taken many cars here over the years, including cars that are not German, and they have done a great job maintaining and repairing them. High-quality work. I am a person who does a lot of their own work because I have had bad experiences at other shops, but here at German Auto Specialist, I have learned that I can trust them to do it right, to be honest, and to be fair on prices. Now, when I need any service done, I am more and more taking my vehicles to them, because of how reliable and trustworthy they are. They keep my vehicles neat, they make sure I'm informed about what is needed, and they don't use any pressure to try to upsell you on anything. I give this shop my absolute highest recommendation.

These guys are amazing! I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism, knowledge, and proactive communication that I received. I worked with Jeremiah who helped me with two separate repair jobs, one done through insurance and the other done under an extended warranty. Jeremiah took care of the entire process dealing with the insurance company and warranty company - he made things super easy and kept me in the loop with all the different communications. He is very knowledgable about Audis and I felt very confident trusting his shop to work on my car. Absolutely would recommend these guys if you are looking for a good mechanic for German cars but don't want to go to the dealer.

I recently had my car serviced at German Auto Specialist, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Jose, the owner, was knowledgeable and genuinely committed to providing great service. German Auto Specialist provided fair pricing and delivered the servicing (oil change, checked all fluids, safety and emissions inspections) on time. It’s rare to find an auto repair shop you can truly trust, but this shop has earned my confidence. Highly recommended.
