I originally went to Mercedes Mike German Auto just to have the soft top repaired on my convertible. What I found was an honest, highly skilled mechanic who fixes what actually needs fixing — without the dealership games. I drove from Pensacola on a business trip rather than flying specifically so Mike could work on my car. I already knew the seatbelt, windshield, and service work needed to be done — Mike didn’t upsell me. After being quoted over $800 per seatbelt at the dealership (plus removal and reinstallation), Mike sourced a quality used replacement and installed it properly. He came highly recommended, and I now understand why. I’m done paying dealership prices to support shiny lobbies and facades. I will gladly make the drive to South Florida for Mike to work on my car.
