I recently got a new water pump on my 2017 Passat, along with a new battery and my window fixed that I wasn’t able to roll down in over a year. The price was completely reasonable and fair. I initially dealt with Nina who is awesome and very thorough. When I picked it up, 2 different gentlemen came from the back to explain to me a couple things I was wondering about the coolant and they were also very nice and accommodating. I will be taking it back soon for my brakes and rotors and then for any other needs I have in the future. Great place. Highly recommend

If I could give zero stars, I would. I came in for a simple diagnostic after a coolant light came on in my Porsche. On the phone, they quoted me a confirmed $300. After dropping my car off, I got a call two days later—suddenly the “diagnostic” was now $1,000+. Already being in for $300, I reluctantly agreed. Then came the real shock: they handed me a $6,000+ repair estimate, with about 90% of the cost being “labor hours” instead of actual parts. I refused their outrageous quote and asked them to put my car back together so I could take it elsewhere. When I came to pick it up, things went from bad to absolutely insane. They made me an estimate of about 400$ for the installation (labor cost only) of a hitch on my car. I got there 3 times to make sure they have all the instructions and what they need to do the job and always said yes. They also suggested that I should not have this job done at U-Haul if I wanted to be perfectly done. So, I bought the hitch online. Today was the installation day. After just 5 minutes, they told me they changed the estimate for about 1000$ so they wanted me to be satisfied and they suggested I go to Scratchcar body shop to get it done. Went there and those guys didn’t know nothing about hitches! I came back to German auto and asked to see the manager who told me that they finally can’t do the job!! Now I’m stuck with the hitch!!! German Auto World truly stands out. This shop was recommended to me, and I’m glad. Nina was incredible from start to finish, very caring, and professional. The level of service here is truly high standard. I’ve been dealing with an electrical issue on my BMW for a while, and they fixed it quickly and efficiently. What stood out most was their honesty, transparency, and fairness. It’s rare to find a place that treats you with this much respect and genuinely puts the customer first. Highly recommend!

Started out well turned into a nightmare. Ordered tires they came in late only three tires showed up and they had to wait for a 4th from another warehouse Once installed I noticed 3 tires were built in 2025 the 4th tire was 2.5 yrs old from sitting on a shelf somewhere The tires have a 7.5 yrs shelf life and one was 1/3 expired from day one I explained I changed them because they were old not worn and I will never wear them out as it doesn’t get driven that much I don’t want three new tires and one old Long story short after many calls and them speaking to their supposed supplier the answer was no we will not do anything about it except I can buy another tire. In addition I did a full brake job at the same time they told me the car was ready I said I’d be in near closing I show up and they
