I had a fabulous experience with Kevin and Sally at German Automotive in Milwaukie, Oregon. I've had an issue with my Audi for months and the dealer wanted to charge an exorbitant rate to repair it in a way that was difficult and highly involved. I decided to try a local repair shop closer to my home so I stopped by German Automotive last week during the Thanksgiving holiday week. Kevin was so super nice and accommodating and said he could look at it the next day and diagnose the issue (I got lucky because he had a cancellation). I brought my car in the next day and he completed the repair quickly for a fair and reasonable price!! I recently had A fairly Big repair job done to my 2018 Audi S4 turbo replacement, PCV valve and O2 sensor. I had originally taken it to another shop in Canby Oregon off Highway 99. . Shop Initials E.A.W but I won’t mention any Names. After three weeks and over $5000 in parts/repairs I had a car that was leaking oil, riddled with vacuum leaks, stripped bolts and oil/filter change that was never done but billed for. After making a dozen phone calls and telling this scenario to other shops, Understandably. no one wanted to work with me. Kevin, the owner of German Automotive services scheduled me an appointment and was very compassionate and very understanding of my situation, which I am grateful for. I dropped the car off on Tuesday morning. I got a phone call that night with an update,

Kevin is the most honest mechanic I’ve ever met. The dealership told me I needed a whole new engine because of an oil leak, but Kevin found it was just a minor repair and fixed it quickly for a fraction of the cost. Truly trustworthy and knowledgeable — highly recommend!

Kevin and crew are great to work with. You can trust them to take care of your baby. They will make sure the job is done right and are always very friendly and responsive. I feel lucky to have this shop conveniently located close to where I live, but I would still take my A4 there were that not the case. I take this car's upkeep very seriously and will continue to service it at German Auto.
