Myself and my family have brought our Subaru to SNC for over a year now and only have great things to say about Sydney and Connor who have primarily worked on them. Not only are they kind and understanding, working quickly to help us solve any issues big or small, but they really put in the time and care to ensure issues are fixed and that the car is safe and drivable. Well beyond my expectations!!!. - First time here to have a minor needed repair on my work truck- Have to say I'm impressed very few shops and service advisers have the integrity to give you straight talk and advice. It is not easy to find a shop that operates this way. Rather than over promise and under deliver- lie and then overcharge as most shops do. Read the reviews they speak for themselves

This review is extremely over due. A little over a month ago, Sydney and her excellent team helped me with my 2013 Subaru Forester. I needed a new clutch assembly, and after labor and parts, they were still more affordable than any competitor, and I checked EVERYWHERE within a 15 mile radius. The work was done expediently, and a few days later I came by and they checked on my car to make sure it was still running the way expected. They helped me out a ton, were very honest and gave me the personable kind of experience that really made me trust them that my best interests were their forefront, not charging me for a bunch of services I did not need. SNC has done everything from major engine work to routine maintenance on my cars, and they're fantastic. Their work is well-priced and done correctly, & the people are kind and honest. This would be my top recommendation to anyone for an auto repair shop in the Portland area.

Called and spoke with Naomi and she was willing to squeeze me in the same day. When I arrived Connor took a look at my car and was able to troubleshoot and fix my problem within minutes. They were so kind and honest. They won me as a customer.
