Sergio, who runs the shop is a very honest person. In a world where dishonesty is abundant, this is a welcomed trait. In addition, his employees are both professional and talented. Fair prices and and great services! I highly recommend.

My manager recommended this place so I gave it a try and couldn't be happier. Had all my breaks done and was able to drop off my car and pick up the same day. Very pleased with the customer service and Sergio was super accommodating. We will be back for sure as repeat customers.

A little more than a year ago, I took my BMW to this company, because, while driving, it seemed like the engine was missing. When I pressed on the gas, the engine wouldn’t respond like normal. Also, the engine light was on. I thought that I might need a tune up. I expressed my concerns to the owner. Over $2,000.- later, I had a new battery, a tune up and the engine light was off. I was told that in order to get the computer reset, I had to have the navigation system updated, which was an additional cost. After paying for the repairs and taking my car home, I sat down with the receipt and added up the charges. I was overcharged by $85.00. I called and they said that when I brought the car back, for more work, (my air conditioner wasn’t working properly) that they will make the adjus

Went for service A on my 2023E450 After paying $267.62 I was driving back to home when the Service A overdue by 126 days prompt came up. I drove back to the shop and told the guy at the counter. He went back and came back after few mins and told me they could not reset it as they did not have the new software. He suggested that I take it to the dealership to get it reset. When i brouught in the car they should ha e told me that they will not be abble to reset that and if not then atleast they ahould have told me when i picked the car. Very unproffesional service and now i am stuck with this unless i take to the dealer and pay some $500 for tge service.
