German Master Tech

Our car broke down while on vacation in Bend. Master Tech ordered parts right away and had our classic car running in a few days. Very professional, well priced and fast service. The shop is extremely clean and like a museum for cool foreign cars. Since we have property in the area we are in town a lot. This will be our go-to place for our cars!

I was on a road trip from California to Bend when I ran into unexpected car trouble with my vintage Porsche, and German Master Tech truly came through. Despite being busy, they took my car in last minute and provided top-notch service from start to finish. Tim even provided a tour of the shop! Their team was professional, communicative, and incredibly thorough. The experience reset my expectations for what an auto shop can be, so I would definitely recommend their team to anyone in need of friendly, high-quality service.

German Mastertech is a great place to take your high-end car. I have a Porsche Macan and they do a fantastic job of getting it in and out quickly and fixing your problem for a reasonable amount. We’ve been taking our cars here for years and Ivan is especially wonderful at making sure you’re so well taken care of.

This is a long overdue review. This shop and all of their employees from the get-go were incredibly easy and friendly to work with. Another shop was unable to tell me what was wrong with my sprinter, and this shop went above and beyond. When there were multiple times, there were issues with getting a tow the shop called me and gave me a number and got that tow done. This is the only shop in town that I would trust to work on my sprinter. You’re going to get honesty and reliability as well as awesome customer service. I will continue to support them and recommend them because they have been so helpful so awesome and just on top of it every time.

I've been taking my car to Tim, Kim and Ivan for 6 years. The service is always excellent. I feel my car has been taken care of with exceptional care, rendering it in good working order at 11+ years old. They take the time to explain what they've done and why. I am made to feel as though I'm a valued customer when they not only remember me by name but pause to catch up. While not a "car" girl per se, it is always so much fun to go into their showroom and see the special cars on the floor. I highly recommend this shop.
