As we were heading home from our vacation in Pigeon Forge, our trip took an unexpected turn when my Mercedes suddenly stopped running. Being five hours away from home and stranded on the way back was the last thing we planned for. What could have been a complete disaster turned into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Our car had to be towed after hours, on a day the repair shop was actually closed. To my surprise, the very next day the gentlemen called me personally to let me know they had already looked at my Mercedes, diagnosed the issue, and ordered the necessary parts. This place is the reason people don’t trust mechanics. First shop I found since moving to Kingsport, seemed like good people, had a Bible in their waiting room. $1200 for 4 rotors and 4 pads plus installation. No warranty. Told a friend of mine who owns a shop and he said he could’ve done it for $500. REEMED. What a great representation of Kingsport, Tennessee German Motors. If you want to pay more than double the value of service, then you should definitely go here.

Bryan & team are amazing! Being a single female I was apprehensive about taking my Mercedes to any shop. It's a new to me car & wasn't idling right. I took it to them Bryan made me feel comfortable from the minute I walked inside. I dropped it off 2 days later. They still are working on it. I will update once I get it back. However, I am 100% confident I will only have more positive things to share!

I went to German Motors for the first time a few weeks ago. I had a GREAT experience dealing with all of the crew there. Rudy, Randy and the rest were very professional, polite and "down to earth" as well. They were very forthcoming with their knowledge and advice. This is my first time owning a Mercedes and they were great about telling all I needed to know. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional repair and maintenance work on their Mercedes.
